Mibsam Hassan Zareer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Economics.
Her passions span through development, labour economics, econometric modelling, migration statistics, and gender studies. Her current projects shed light on women’s political involvement, labour market outcomes of development initiatives, and socioeconomic disparities across gender and income groups in Southeast Asian countries.
Mibsam is currently working at Maldives Bureau of Statistics assisting in questionnaire design, survey management, data management and analysis for national surveys.
